A typical pier permitting process often requires a series of challenging formal procedures long before construction may begin. Falls Point Marine is extremely successful at helping customers to successfully complete and submit complex local, state, and federal paperwork.

We stay on top of the latest design criteria and permitting procedures, because each site has specific design challenges with tough criteria that must be met. Falls Point Marine has extensive experience working with engineers, developers, and homeowners to come up with cost effective solutions.

Falls Point Marine services docks and piers of all makes and sizes. We take great pride in the quality of our dock systems and take proactive steps to insure storm preparedness by regularly inspecting the anchoring system every 3 years and adding increased security prior to storms if necessary. We build and repair all our systems to withstand the heaviest of Maine weather. Falls Point Marine will provide this exceptional service to all our customers, regardless of who initially built your dock. We are available 24 hours a day for emergency service.
